1. What did you want to be as a kid and why?
As a child, I had no specific career aspirations. However, I was always fascinated by technology in general, I liked trying things out and assembling them.
2. How long have you been working for Lugaia and why?
I completed an apprenticeship as a plant and apparatus engineer in a pharmaceutical company and later completed a degree in business administration. In 2015 I started at Lugaia as a technical sales consultant. When I visited Lugaia for the first time, I was immediately fascinated by the special technology, the unique products and the high-quality production in the clean room.
3. What is your fondest memory of your Lugaia career?
The first participation in the Achema trade fair in Frankfurt. I was barely 2 weeks at Lugaia and already had the opportunity to take part in the trade fair with the team. I learned a lot of new things there in a short amount of time.
4. What are your responsibilities?
Development of commercial and technical proposals in cooperation with the technical department, support and advice for existing and new customers, support of the branches in Germany and USA as well as global representations, support and support of the marketing department as well as participation in the management.
5. What motivates you every day?
Finding solutions to problems. In our daily work, we are confronted with tasks for which we work out and develop tailor-made solutions as a team. I particularly enjoy the interplay of technology, teamwork and customer contact.
6. What is your future vision for the company Lugaia?
Since Lugaia was founded, the company has steadily grown and developed in a specific niche market. This shouldn't be any different in the future, with high-quality products and solutions, we want to inspire our customers and help them to optimize their processes in terms of product and employee protection.
7. Who or what excites and inspires you?
The great corporate culture despite increased human resources. All employees pull the same cart and contribute to the team spirit.
8. In your opinion, what is the guarantee for a good corporate culture?
Flat hierarchies, management role models, respectful interaction, fun and humor in the team, be it in day-to-day work or at regular team events.
9. What do you still love about your job today?
The daily exchange with customers and working in a team, be it at the headquarters in Switzerland, at the branches in Germany and the USA and at the agencies all over the world.
10. What do you draw strength from?
From family life and my hobbies of drumming and motorcycling.
