1. What did you want to be as a kid and why?

I always wanted to be a teacher when I was a child, because I liked going to school myself. However, a few years later I have decided to study tourism and marketing because I have always loved languages ​​and I have always been fascinated by different cultures and corners of the world.

2. How long have you been working for Lugaia and why?

I have been responsible for Marketing & Communication in the company Lugaia for almost 2 years. The newly created position immediately appealed to me because the work is varied and I can cover the whole range of Marketing. However the decisive point was the extremely friendly and funny Lugaia team and that's why I have chosen this job, even though at the beginning I didn't really understand what the company actually does ;-)

3. What is your fondest memory of your Lugaia career?

The team events that I luckily get to organize 4-5 times per year are unique every time. I especially enjoyed the trip to Domodossola. The helpfulness at Lugaia is enormous. I like that a lot.

4. What are your responsibilities?

My tasks are very diverse. I am responsible for managing the social media channels and the website including monitoring & reporting, for content creation, for photo and video shoots, for organizing tradeshow appearances, team events and marketing measures and for PR & sponsoring.

5. What is your future vision for the company Lugaia?

I hope that Lugaia will continue to be economically successful and deliver high quality innovative products to satisfied customers. At the same time, I wish that the flexibility and family atmosphere will be maintained and that the employees will continue to enjoy their work and appreciate the corporate culture.

6. Who or what excites and inspires you?

Nature. It is so unpredictable, yet so beautiful and in my eyes our most precious asset. When I'm out in nature, I feel most alive and I always get the best ideas, and that's where I get new inspiration and energy.

7. What do you still love about your job today?

I like the variety of tasks and also the creative aspect of marketing. I also like communicating and exchanging with people.

8. What do you draw strength from?

From nature and time with my family & friends. I also try to practice Yoga almost every day as a morning ritual.

9. Do you have a life wisdom?

Never stop exploring! There is so much to discover in all aspects of life. Stay curious and keep learning is my personal motto.

10. If you could change something in the world, what would it be?

That glaciers don't disappear and that people are more tolerant with each other.
