Operations Assistant (80–100%)
To strengthen our production team, we are looking for an Operations Assistant to join us immediately or by mutual agreement.
What you will do
- Support the Operations Manager and the Operations Assistant team in ensuring smooth production processes
- Set up, change over, and maintain production equipment
- Assist in the implementation of personnel and resource planning within production
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and workflows
- Actively support production activities when required
- Ensure product quality through regular inspections and monitoring of production processes
- Help maintain and enforce safety and hygiene standards
- Support the onboarding, training, and technical guidance of production employees
What you bring
- Completed technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
- High level of independence and strong team spirit
- Excellent organizational skills and assertiveness
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
- Good English skills are an advantage
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
