Operations Assistant (80–100%)

To strengthen our production team, we are looking for an Operations Assistant to join us immediately or by mutual agreement.

What you will do

  • Support the Operations Manager and the Operations Assistant team in ensuring smooth production processes
  • Set up, change over, and maintain production equipment
  • Assist in the implementation of personnel and resource planning within production
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and workflows
  • Actively support production activities when required
  • Ensure product quality through regular inspections and monitoring of production processes
  • Help maintain and enforce safety and hygiene standards
  • Support the onboarding, training, and technical guidance of production employees

What you bring

  • Completed technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • High level of independence and strong team spirit
  • Excellent organizational skills and assertiveness
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
  • Good English skills are an advantage
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage
