Our project engineer answered ten personal questions about the company, his work and his ambitions for the future.
As far back as I can remember, I wanted to learn a trade at an early age. This was probably because I was always fascinated by what you can achieve with good craftsmanship.
I have been working for Lugaia since the beginning of 2024. I joined the Lugaia family because the company history and the employees appealed to me. I particularly appreciate the open and uncomplicated corporate culture, which makes it possible to contribute and implement new ideas and concerns.
One event in my career at Lugaia that I remember fondly was attending ACHEMA 2024. I was impressed by the size of the show and the variety of exhibitors. It was a fantastic opportunity to discover the latest innovations in the process industry and make valuable contacts. I also found the opportunity to get to know my Lugaia colleagues from the sales offices in Germany and the USA particularly valuable.
My daily tasks include project planning and coordination, technical analysis and the design of customer-specific solutions as well as product development.
My vision for Lugaia is continuous growth of the company, promoting the development of new, innovative solutions that offer our customers real added value. It is important to me that Lugaia remains true to its values and corporate culture.
I am fascinated by the interaction between people and technology. The continuous changes brought about by new developments make it clear that we should always be looking for new ways. It also inspires me again and again to see what is possible through effective teamwork, both privately and professionally.
In my current job, it still fascinates me to live out my creativity and innovative strength and to continuously develop myself further. I also really enjoy my work and I am fully committed to what I do.
My family and friends are my most important source of energy, as they give me stability and support. My hobbies, such as sport and music, also help me to clear my head and recharge my batteries.
I don't have a specific life lesson, but I try to keep some values that my parents, my environment and my life so far have taught me:
If I could wish for something for my future, it would first and foremost be health, because it forms the basis for everything else in life.
