In connection with the SafeSeal Closures and the foils of the Lugaia Continuous Liner Systems (CLS: for standard sizes) a Containment-Level OEB 5 (<1μg / m3) is guaranteed. The SafeSeal Pneumatic Tool is used at the end of line packaging with high filling rates.

Are the SafeSeal Crimps liquid or gas-tight?
No, the Crimps are powder-tight according to Containment Level OEB5.
Can the pneumatic tool be integrated into existing systems?
Yes, the mounting of the pneumatic tool is designed in a customer-specific manner.
Can the SafeSeal Toolset be used for all closure sizes?
Yes, can be used for sizes S, M, and L.
Can the same tool set be used for all crimp sizes?
Yes, for size L you only have to remove the spacer bolt from the press tool. The cutting tool is the same for all of them. Both sets can be used for all sizes of SafeSeal closures.
Do you need an additional tool to close the cable tie?
A standard cable tie tool can be used here.
For which closure sizes can the pneumatic tool be used?
Available for size M & L
For which containment level can SafeSeal closure system be used?
OEB5 in combination with our film systems.
